Throughout his career, he has worked across engineering, manufacturing and business environments — helping organizations bring complex products from concept to mass production.
His background includes collaboration with international suppliers, OEMs and semiconductor companies across Europe and Asia, with hands-on involvement in industrialization, supplier alignment, quality control and technical problem solving.

Career Background
Arie has worked across engineering, technical consultancy, semiconductor support and international industrialization environments throughout his career.
In his most recent role as a manufacturer-trained and certified Field Application Engineer (FAE), he gained extensive exposure to both the technical and commercial realities behind complex product development and high-volume manufacturing.
Working closely with OEMs, suppliers and semiconductor companies, he developed a deep understanding of technology selection, supplier capabilities, cost structures, escalation management and long-term product reliability.
